Urban Agriculture and Resilient Food Systems in Dar es Salaam

This week, Afton Halloran (SCI Affiliated Researcher) will be in Göttingen, Germany, presenting the results of her research on urban agriculture in Dar es Salaam. Afton’s work will be featured as part of the annual Conference on Tropical and Subtropical Agricultural and Natural Resource Management. The poster below summarizes her work and key findings on the impact of urban agriculture on the resilience of local food systems.
