New developments from Chihuahua

The Executive Committee of the Municipal Planning Institute (IMPLAN) has appointed Armando Pérez Marín as the new head of the Institute of Planning in Chihuahua, México. Sustainable Cities : PLUS Network would like to welcome Armando to the family!

Prior to his position with IMPLAN, Armando was head of the projects department of the Ministry of Public Works for the state of Chihuahua. Armando is also a professor at the Superior Institute of Architecture and Design and the Technological Institute and Superior Studies of Monterrey (Chihuahua Campus).

With a master’s degree in advanced architectural design and a wealth of experience in urban design and implementation, we are sure to hear more from Armando and Chihuahua soon. Best of luck Armando, we look forward to working with you!
